What are the balloon sizes you offer?

The majority of our balloons are 12 inches, but we also offer 18-inch, 24-inch, and 36-inch balloons in limited colors and types.

What is the "standard" balloon size?

The 12-inch balloon is the most popular size, and it’s commonly used for a variety of events.

What do the different types of balloons mean?

At this time, we offer three types of balloons:

Latex Balloons: These are the most common balloons used for decorations and parties. They come in a wide variety of colors and are known for their flexibility and fun, bouncy appearance.

Pearl Balloons: These balloons have a soft, matte finish that gives them a sophisticated, elegant look. They’re perfect for adding a more refined touch to your decor.

Chrome Balloons: These balloons have a high-shine, metallic finish that adds a glamorous and modern touch to any event. They catch the light beautifully, creating a striking visual effect.

Do you offer local pick-up?

No, at this time we offer delivery only.

Do you deliver outside of Westchester?

No, currently we only deliver within Westchester County zip codes. If you try to place an order outside of Westchester, you’ll see the message: “Shipping not available. Items in the cart do not meet price or weight requirements to qualify for shipping. Update your cart and try again.” If you’re in a Westchester zip code and see this message, please reach out to us for assistance.

Do you offer event design services outside of Westchester?

Yes! Depending on availability, we offer event design services in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for our Standard, Premium and Custom Packages.

This is the only service we currently offer outside of Westchester.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

For helium balloons, balloon bundles, and custom balloons: Orders must be placed by 10 PM the day before delivery. Our system will not allow orders past this time.

For event design: We recommend at least one month’s notice, but we understand every event is different! Whether you're planning well in advance or need something last minute, reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind that dates can fill up quickly, so the earlier you get in touch, the better.
