Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Balloon Express. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable, time-sensitive, and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes helium balloons, balloon arrangements, and custom event decor. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered, picked up, or installed.
Damages and Issues
We want every customer to be happy with their order. Please inspect your balloons upon delivery or pickup and contact us within 24 hours if:

Your balloons arrive damaged, popped, or deflated

You receive the wrong color, style, or quantity

There was a delivery error on our part
If your claim is eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the issue. You’ll be asked to provide a photo of the issue and your order number.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

Custom or personalized balloon arrangements

Event decor or installations

Sale items or gift cards
These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused, which is why returns are not accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
In approved cases (such as damage upon arrival), we will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
